The Next Generation of Ag
The DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral represents a revolutionary leap in agricultural technology, combining the power of advanced multispectral imaging with the unparalleled flight capabilities of the Mavic series. Designed to cater specifically to the needs of farmers and agronomists, this drone empowers users to gather precise, actionable data about crop health, soil composition, and environmental conditions like never before. The Mavic 3 Multispectral provides comprehensive insights into vegetation health and enables targeted interventions to optimize crop yields and resource management.
Efficient Field Scouting
The Mavic 3 Multispectral redefines agricultural management with its automatic field scouting capability. It efficiently identifies emergence deficiencies, weed pressure, and crop lodging, ensuring timely intervention. Additionally, leveraging AI identification, it conducts intelligent analyses such as weed seedling identification and crop emergence, facilitating real-time sharing of crop growth information and guiding agronomic activities.
Our Deliverables:
Crop health maps with several vegetation indices
Field reports with boundaries and acres
Spot spraying and variable rate prescription maps that can be uploaded into agricultural equipment
Crop loss scouting and report
Vegetation Indexes Used
BNDVI (Blue Normalized Difference Vegetation Index):** Measures chlorophyll content in areas sensitive to chlorophyll without red channel availability.
GNDVI (Green Normalized Difference Vegetation Index):** Similar to BNDVI but uses the green channel instead of the blue channel.
LCI (Leaf Chlorophyll Index):** Assesses chlorophyll content in areas of complete leaf coverage.
MCARI (Modified Chlorophyll Absorption in Reflective Index):** Measures chlorophyll concentrations including variations in the Leaf Area Index.
NDRE (Normalized Difference Red Edge):** Sensitive to chlorophyll content in leaves against soil background effects.
NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index):** A generic index used for leaf coverage and plant health assessment.
SIPI2 (Structure Intensive Pigment Index 2):** Designed for areas with high variability in canopy structure (e.g., forestry).
TGI (Triangular Greenness Index):** An RGB index for chlorophyll sensitivity.
VARI (Visible Atmospherically Resistant Index):** An RGB index for leaf coverage assessment.
NDMI (Normalized Difference Moisture Index):** Uses the NIR and SWIR bands to monitor changes in water content of leaves.
